Who we are
This site is run by TRANSFER RUNNER LTD, registered in England and Wales. For anything about your data write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you fill in the contact or Enterprise form we keep what you write: your name, company, e-mail, phone, fleet size and message. When you sign up, your account details are kept in the panel.
Why
To answer you, to set up and run your account, and to send you messages about your subscription. We do not sell your details.
How long
Contact requests are kept for up to two years. Account data is kept while your subscription runs and for the period the law requires after it ends.
Company mobile app
The TransferRunner app is for companies that use the panel and handles the same account and booking data. It also keeps a sign-in key on your phone and sends us your device model and a push notification token, so we can keep you signed in and deliver notifications. Files and photos are uploaded only when you choose them. The app does not collect your location and shows no advertising.
Site statistics
Google Analytics records how this site and the sign-up pages are used: pages opened, sign-ups and first payments, approximate location, device and where you came from.
Advertising
Meta Pixel records visits, form submissions, sign-ups and first payments so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to relevant people.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run TransferRunner: hosting, e-mail, payment providers, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for app notifications, Google Analytics and Meta, under agreements that protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO in the UK or to the data protection authority in your country.
Deleting your account
In the app or the panel, open My Profile and choose Delete account. You can also follow the steps at app.transferrunner.com/delete-account.php. A company owner deletes the whole company account: after 30 days the company, its users and the personal data of its passengers, customers and drivers are removed, and the owner can cancel until then. Other users delete their own user account within 30 days. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Data of your passengers
Passenger and driver data inside the panel belongs to the transfer company. For that data the company is the controller and TransferRunner the processor; see the data processing agreement.
