Each partner fleet signs in to its own portal on your website. It sees the jobs you send, accepts them, enters the driver and updates the trip. Your passenger still hears only from you.

The booking goes to every fleet that covers the route at once. The first to accept gets it and the others see it has gone.

Straight to the best fleet
The fleet with the best priority and price gets the job at once. If it can't run it, it hands it back within your time limit and the next fleet gets it.
Safety rule
No driver close to pick-up
If a job you kept still has no driver a few hours before pick-up, it opens to the pool or you get a warning. You choose the hours.
Closed days
Fleets mark the days they are off
A fleet that is closed on the day is skipped, so a job is never offered to someone who can't take it.
Changes
Every change reaches the fleet
New time, new flight or a cancellation: the fleet gets an e-mail and the change waits in its portal until someone reads it.
The portal your partner works in
It opens with your logo, in day or night mode. Sign-in is a code sent by e-mail, so there is no password to share.

Accept or decline in one tap
Each offer shows the route, time, passengers and the price you pay. An offer left unanswered moves to the next fleet when its time runs out.
Fleet
Driver and vehicle from their own list
The fleet keeps its drivers and vehicles in the portal and picks them on the job. Your passenger gets the driver's name, phone and plate as usual.
Trip
Each step shows up in your panel
On the way, at the pick-up point, passenger on board, completed. You and the passenger see every step as it happens.
Documents
Licences and insurance with end dates
D2, registration, insurance and SRC are uploaded with their end dates. Both sides see a document before it runs out.
Areas and prices
They propose, you approve
A fleet suggests new areas or prices from its portal. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Connection
Their own software can plug in
A fleet with its own dispatch software gets a key, reads its offers, accepts jobs and sends the driver without opening the portal.
Every fleet, measured
For each partner you see how often it accepts, how fast it answers, what you owe and what you paid. Payments you record show up in its portal too.
